1 - ⚖️ Elon Musk Takes OpenAI and Microsoft to Court for $134 Billion

Elon Musk filed papers in court asking for $134 billion.

He believes two companies became very successful because of what he did for them years ago.

  1. Between 2015 and 2018, Musk gave his money, his good reputation, and his business skills to help OpenAI get started.

  2. Now Musk says OpenAI earned somewhere between $65.5 and $109.4 billion thanks to him. He also says Microsoft earned between $13.3 and $25.1 billion.

  3. Musk is angry because OpenAI was supposed to be a nonprofit charity that helps everyone. Instead, it changed into a regular business that tries to make money. OpenAI says Musk's claims aren't true and that he's just causing trouble.

  4. The two companies think Musk's math is wrong about how much money they made. They asked the judge to throw out what Musk's expert says. The case will go to trial with a jury in April. Read More Here!
