1 - How to Transfer Your Entire ChatGPT History to Claude
This process allows you to transfer your chat history, communication style, and saved memory from ChatGPT to Claude. You can use the quick built-in import feature or export your complete data archive.

1/ Log in to Claude and click your name in the bottom corner of the screen.
2/ Open Settings, then select Capabilities.
3/ Click Import memory from other AI providers.
4/ Select Start Import and copy the generated prompt.
5/ Open ChatGPT, paste the prompt into a new chat, and send it.
6/ Wait for ChatGPT to generate the full memory/code output.
7/ Copy the entire generated response.
8/ Return to Claude, paste the response into the import window, and click Add to memory.
