i got 7 FB pages invited into the content monetization program yesterday!

there are no published requirements form FB, but here are my observations.

1 - all admins/mods should be from US (or eligible countries)

2 - 10k+ followers - all pages had this

3 - 30 day reach 50k+ (a page with 52000 reach got in)

4 - all pages were actively posting (2 - 3 times per day)

5 - violations don't matter ? (i got 1 page in with violation)
